Congestion Mitigation Strategies Symposium/TRC Alumni & Friends Lunch

Update: Florida Congressman John Mica (R-7th) will join the symposium via teleconference from Washington, D.C.
As part of the 100th year Celebration of the Department of Civil & Coastal Engineering, the Transportation Research Center (TRC), along with the Center for Multimodal Solutions for Congestion Mitigation (CMS), will host a half-day symposium on congestion mitigation strategies and a lunch for alumni and friends of the TRC. The confirmed speaker line-up for the events include Laura Kelley of the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, Steve Arrington of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Grady Carrick of the Florida Highway Patrol, Teresa Scott of Gainesville Public Works and UF Professor Emeritus Kenneth Courage will be the lunch speaker. Congressman John Mica (R-7th) will join the symposium via teleconference from Washington, D.C.
Symposium: 9 AM to 11:30 AM, Room 282 (Free) [AGENDA]
Alumni Lunch: 11:30 AM to 1 PM, Grand Ballroom ($25 per person; no charge for current UF Transportation students)
